Danish Centre for Evaluation and Health Technology Assessment (DACEHTA) 
Key aims include carrying out health technology assessments (HTAs) and integrating HTA-priniciples into the running and planning of the public health service at all levels. DACEHTA also carries out evaluations of public health sevices with the aim of improving quality, standards and value for money.

Finnish Office for Health Care Technology Assessment (FinOHTA) 
FinOHTA produces, supports and co-ordinates HTA's in Finland. Furthermore, it disseminates assessment results and experiences, both national and international, within the health care system. The goal is to promote the use of proper evidence-based methods in the Finnish health care system in order to enhance the effectiveness and impact of health care.

Institute of Technology Assessment (ITA), Vienna 
ITA performs inter-disciplinary scientific research at the interface of technology and society. Its work focuses on development trends, on societal consequences and on options for the shaping of technological change. The research results provide the basis for giving advice to decision-makers.

International Journal of Technology Assessment in Health Care 
This journal serves as a forum for the wide range of professionals interested in the assessment of medical technology, its consequences for patients and its impact on society. It covers the generation, evaluation, diffusion and use of health care technology. (Full articles access by subscription).

International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (INAHTA) 
This network has 39 member agencies from 20 countries who assess healthcare technology. INAHTA's mission is: to accelerate exchange and collaboration among agencies; to promote information sharing and comparison; and to prevent unnecessary duplication of activities.

New Zealand Health Technology Assessment (NZHTA) 
The main function of NZHTA is to identify effective health care interventions and technologies and thereby facilitate evidence-based policy making and purchasing by the New Zealand funders of health and disability services.

Swiss Network on Health Technology Assessment (SNHTA) 
SNHTA's purposes are: to promote HTA-projects; to gather, exchange and disseminate information, expertise and reports; to avoid double track work through cooperation in order to make optimal use of limited resources available for HTA; to cooperate in international HTA-networks and projects.
